In partnership with RIM (Recruiting in Motion) we have a network of over 80 strong. We are a national firm, which allows us to facilitate hiring anywhere you need.
Our process is simple, efficient and successful.

2. If partnership is a viable option, we will schedule an intake call - where we get all the information on your opening, your company, your hiring managers and what you are looking for in your next hire.
3. We source and interview a number of candidates and submit the BEST 3-4 candidates for your review
What you can expect with a talent submission:
1. We compile a candidate profile comprised of their technical and software skills, educational background, work history, salary and location requirements, career goals, motivating factors, the reason they are in the job market, and other related areas.
2. We then videotape a small portion of this interview; usually just 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Finally, we combine all of the information and create an individualized web-profile for the candidate consisting of their video, professional summary, and traditional resume.
